RETURN POLICY

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Finding Unicorn 5-DAY RETURN POLICY

1. Please direct all return inquiries to wangaisi@findingunicornart.com within five (5) days of the date of receipt. Returns made without contacting us first via email will not be honored. Merchandise must be returned in brand new and unused condition, in its original packaging. Sealed packaging can be returned only if unopened. Blind box items can be returned only if unopened. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Give us 1-2 business days, and then check your email for a prepaid return label.
3. Securely pack your return and use your prepaid label.
4. Check your email for return confirmation – refunds are typically processed within 3-5 days of receiving your return.

Notes

Custom-order or personalised items do not have a right to 14 days refund.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
